Stephen Ennis,
AutoCAD Draftsman/Designer
After his long career in private sector
engineering in Hawaii, we're thrilled to have Steve on our staff.
He works in combination with staff here to prepare all types of
engineered plans, survey maps, and planning maps.
The engineering plans provide direction
on the construction requirements of street, drainage, retaining
walls and utilities. The survey maps and plats meet legal standards
for subdivisions, parcel map, record-of-survey, and other plats
that convey record land title information. The planning maps meet
standards published by the jurisdictions in our region and serve
the purpose of clearly explaining a proposed project to agency staff,
decision makers and interested public members.
In addition to his production work,
Steve keeps our computer network running smoothly and efficiently.
He maintains standards for backup so that our clients' digital information
is protected at all times. He also works with our design professional
associates to interchange information flawlessly to maximize team
and project efficiency.
Rachel Gortner-
Reception and Accounting
Assists Project Managers with all aspects
of projects; including application package preparation, processing,
and coordination with various sub-consultants, as well as County
and City agencies.
She handles
our books, including payroll, billing, accounts payable, and accounts
receivable. She is actually able to get people to turn in their
time cards!
